The “Sermon 2.0” experiment went very, very well. And one of the side benefits was that people would come to worship ready for the particular scripture for the day. We’re not quite ready to have our Wednesday conversations, but we can put the scriptures up for the month ahead. Enjoy!

Our second annual trip to Shipshewana, Indiana, will be coming up on May 10. The area is home of the third-largest Amish community in the US. You’ll find people who live differently than we do, who see church as community and community as church. Cost is $45 at departure. Information is in the flyer.

Our Illinois-Wisconsin campsite is at Camp Walter Scott, south of Effingham. It’s a journey, but good things are worth the trip. If any of our young people are interested, the church will provide the registration fee.
